Hawkin's Scale of Consciousness

The Hawkins Scale maps human awareness from low to high frequencies. All emotions carry and frequency, and frequencies actually land in the body. The scale is a way to understand different states of consciousness by frequency and an excellent graphic to return to when you need reminding

Below 200, everything feels like survival mode. Low states like shame or fear can feel heavy, contracted, and draining. They affect your nervous system, your immune function, even how your cells function. Above 200 you begin to feel more in flow, lighter, more at peace. These states of love or peace, for example, don’t just feel better emotionally, they create actual physiological shifts.

While it’s not officially on the scale, neutrality is also an important state IMO. I like to place it in a shared space with “courage” at 200. It’s not being too much of high or low, but enough for a shift for eventually getting you to the higher states.
